Download, print and complete the Registration Form specifying the
course(s) of training and submission requirements requested.
Program Registration must be received a minimum of six weeks prior
to the start date of the selected training program.

ACT Institute is
pleased to offer available scholarships to qualified individuals.
Qualification is based on financial challenges assessment, credentials
and available community resources of the applicant. Please provide
us with a letter stating your qualifications and the purpose of
the training and submit with your application and/or registration
for consideration. The ACT Review Board will assess each applicant
on an individual basis and notify you upon approval.
ACT Institute encourages
organizations to form groups within a community for training purposes.
Discounts are based on the size, location and training program application
of the group. Please submit a separate letter specifying the relevant
information requested including the name of the organization, names
of each group member with the application and/or registration. The
ACT Review Board will assess each group application individually
and notify you of the corresponding group discount available. All
professional fees, policies and terms apply to groups.
