BENEFITS OF TRAINING

ACT Institute provides training specifically for business leaders to help manage and reverse the effects of trauma. The focus in our training institute is very much about going into the organization or community to help people cope with stress pre-empting the point where it turns into trauma. If traumatized, the work is to help people to really deal with PTSD in a way that allows them to restore functioning at their maximum potential.

Once PTSD is removed employees continue their emotional physical and psychological development, their immune systems are no longer overtaxed so they show statistically much less manifestation of physical illness and the result is much greater employee productivity. Beyond the primary relationship of employer to employee, the peripheral relationships of the employee have lower rates of domestic violence, alcoholism, child abuse, divorce, family dysfunction and extended family problems providing the corporation with a much healthier, more responsive, viable and flexible workforce at all levels.

The point of the training is to coordinate the efforts of internal and external resources. We provide the training and information for human resource professionals, executives and managers to do that.

ACT Institute is the training division of the International Institutes for Hypnosis Trauma Treatment Training and Research. Since the early 90's our work in Mexico, Central and South America has been teaching therapists, healthcare professionals, social services providers, community and business leaders effective skills and techniques to combat the effects of trauma caused by terrorism, violence, cultural integration, kidnapping and war.
