The threat of kidnapping and acts of violence
towards business travelers in Mexico, Central and South America
is expanding to include many more countries around the world. Our
experience tells us that there is a need to be proactive and prepare
individuals in the event of a kidnapping experience by equipping
them with skills to deal with the situation as well as training
those in the corporation who are the responders. We have seven and
a half years of experience with trauma and terrorism and a special
branch of training for trauma related to kidnapping.
What has become true for the business
traveler is also true for airline employees. The flight crew, in-flight
crew and ground services staff need communications training beyond
the service level established by the brand strategy. If there is
a problem on the ground or in the air the staff should be trained
in the use of hypnotic communications that reduces anxiety. Ericksonian
hypnosis is an effective communications tool we have modified to
teach airline staff key words, phrases and methods to use when confronted
by a public or individual on board or on the ground who is panicking.
They learn how to manage people who are in a high state of anxiety
and less rational state of mind in order to calm them down and maintain
control the situation. Importantly they learn the effects of responses
to hostile situations to avoid danger to themselves and other passengers.
ACT, is a Training institute that teaches globally accredited techniques

transfers our knowledge base and techniques as effective tools for assisting employees at
any level to improve their well being and performance.
The training programs are based on the use of Ericksonian
Hypnosis and Philosophical Principles, EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and selected components
from other relevant treatment modalities that are conducive for
trauma treatment, presented within a psychodynamic framework.
