Faculty members representing an extensive body of specialists with
diversified expertise in trauma treatment. The faculty ideal is to provide excellence in training, support and mentoring throughout the training process.
ACT was founded by Stephen Paul
Adler Ph.D. an experienced leader in the field of trauma treatment
and training since the early 90's. As the Executive Director Stephen
Adler is joined by a faculty that provides
extensive experience and prominent positions including NYU, Mount
Sanai School of Medicine, Universidad de las Americas, Columbia-Presbetarian
Hospital, Institue Milton H. Erickson of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and private practices in the US and Mexico.
ACT
maintains professional relationships with other training organizations
throughout the world including the Milton H. Erickson Foundation
the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, The American Board of
Hypnotherapy and the EMDR International Association.
Associates are invited as guest
and consulting faculty and speakers
for specific courses and seminars providing expert opinions and
techniques.
ACT Directors are a dedicated group who are committed to serving
the students and faculty, the quality of the Training Programs as
well as the efficiency of operations within the institute. Please

The Board is designed to provide
apprised guidance to the Institute and for the Training Program
focused on continued development and management issues. The Institute
is currently interviewing distinguished individuals from the United
States, Mexico, Central and South America who have a proven track
record as leaders in their fields.
