QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

I am a director at an international corporation in the human resources department and intervene or moderate frequently between supervisors and their direct reports. How can hypnotic strategies training provide more successful techniques than the HR training I have
Programs taught to Human resources professionals are not as a practitioner of hypnosis but as a skill set to:

1) Provide techniques to supervisors or executives who can use them to better communicate and improve working relationships. These include phrasing, pacing , interupting negative thought patterns, defusing volatile situations and motivation.

2) Recognizing the individuals symptoms are trauma based from the impact of events outside of the company's control such as terrorism, kidnapping or violence and how to intervene effectively with appropriate resources to correct the problem.

I have worked within my community as a councilor for five years and have treated people severely effected by civil unrest. Can I register for the training as a practitioner for hypnosis and EMDR programs if I don't have a degree in clinical psychology?
Yes. Our Admissions Review Board will evaluate equivalent life experience you submit and credit exemptions on an individual basis. Refer to the application form for equivalent life experience and for more information in the Admissions section of the site.
